Today I got the ube and flan cake to try along with some baked goods and Halo Halo. The flan was good but the cake was a little... too dry for my taste. If you eat it together it's not too bad. $40 for an 8 inch cake is kind of expensive though. The halo halohad a good flavor, not too sweet which I liked but there wasn't enough toppings. Read more
Baked EMPANADA is the best!!! Cakes are amazingly delicious! Mahal, pero sulit????????
Yummy yema cake but size loos smaller than before. Chicken empanada was fresh and yummy.
Today I bought halo halo. I feel like it needs more evaporated milk, so I went back and asked for additional milk. The staff... asked the manager and she ?the manager? came to talk to me saying they did put 3 pumps of evaporated milk (in a very sarcasticway) and adds ?may additional na bayad? (in english theres additional cost). I said well it is dry. She turns her back and wentaway. She gave me a cup of evaporated milk. I said, how much do you want me to pay? She replied ?no need!!!? This is a veryexample of poor customer service! It?s July 11, 2021 1300H. I did not get her name but Red Ribbon should look into this. This isnot Philippines anymore this is America please train your staff/manager properly. Read more
Staff are rude and with bad attitude. My grandma who is 80 year old was covering her face with an handkercheif and the rude... young clerk has the audacity to yell and embarass her then kick her out. My grandma went back to the car and I proceeded to buytaisan but this rude clerk still giving me an attitude and tried to give me the wrong taisan and she said ?thats a taisan loaf, you shoulda said so earlier!? To top it off, the ones she sold me were expired a week ago. Worst place with rude filipino staff. Read more
My go to for Filipino cakes! Although service at the counter could still be improved. It seems that the cashier is overworked... and the next person did not come in for her shift. She's wasn't very courteous to the customers. Nonetheless, if you're lookingfor Filipino cakes - try the chocolate mocha crunch- the round cake is $25 and it I'd delish! Read more
I was really disappointed on your cheesy Ensaimada cake because they taste it so dry and I was not feeling the cheese on them. I... know so your prices went up but I still would have purchased them. To be honest with you they was not worth the price. It mighttake me a minute to come back and buy your stuff again. Read more
