Everything was great. I would have gave it five stars but the waitress (Sunflower) just didn’t want to give me ice in my... water. She just said the water cold enough. Besides that the service was great, the was food good. Just the no ice thing justupset me. Another table did get ice in their water. Read more
We ordered curbside, and order was promised at 7:36, after waiting 15 or so minutes outside, putting hazard lights on like... instructed, we went inside and they had yet to finish my order, a chocolate cake and ice cream. My wife got her food, and I gotmine at 8:03, almost a half hour after promised. There was ZERO apology for the lateness or the fact they never brought our foodout. Also we had to ask a second time for utensils as we asked the first time on the app. Food was good, though a bit small, butservice was bad. As you can see from the screen shot, had we not gone in the order would have been 30 minutes late, and uswaiting over 20 minutes for a piece of cake. Read more
I placed an online order for curbside pickup at 11:15a. The restaurant Saturday hours are listed on the website & online... starting at 11a, however the restaurant doesn't open until 1130a as posted outside of the restaurant. Hours are incorrect & Ihad to come into the restaurant to pickup my food which defeated the purpose of curbside pickup. I ordered the 3 course mealthat included lobster bisque & a Lobster & Langostino Pizza. This was my first time trying the lobster bisque & it was adisappointment. It didn't look as pictured nor described & I had no pieces of lobster in it. My pizza was cold & I don't knowhow many biscuits you should get with my 3 course meal plus pizza which cost a little over $40 but I only got 2 biscuits ????.I'm very disappointed in my latest experience. We've been to Red Lobster many times over the years and always had a good visit but things have changed. Staff were very nice... and restaurant was clean but food not as yummy as it used to be. Menu has changed so we couldn't order a couple of ourfavorites. Potato was good but I was surprised to see an extra charge on the bill for a "loaded" potato. It was a very small feebut we have never been charged for this here or any other restaurant. Biscuits were the most disappointing. They were doughy(not fluffy), over baked, and had only a hint of the garlic butter flavor they used to have. Read more
Large portions and price still reasonable compared to some restaurants that have increased significantly. Our server did great... even though he was stretched thin. Just jave to have patience these days if you are dining in. We ordered wagyu burgers, salmon,lobster pasta, and coconut shrimp. We had plenty of leftovers for a family of 5. Read more
Great customer service, even though they had problems with their tap but corrected it and we had cold beers and Food came out Hi... hot and great. Our hostess and server were very Accommodating! Most of the establishment was immaculate But my husband went tothe bathroom and said it was totally gross. I did not go in to check it but otherwise I'm notherwise on that it was a greatexperience even during the pandemic after going out a year and a 1/2 later. Read more
Not sure how and why but Red Lobster went completely down hill... Servers were very nice and welcoming so l don't blame staff. I... have been coming to this restaurant since l was a little girl it's traditional in my family but after seeing the grade of foodthat was served to my table, sadly l won't be returning at all... Food was delish until there was no salad. People need vegetables that you offer. Only choices was ???? or Brussel sprouts.... (Fried) but yet I still have the same price. But it's OK!! ????????first timer, unsure if I do it again. Read more
