Delicious food! Everything I've tried here has been delicious from tots, sandwiches, burrtios, and drinks. Even family members I... take who eat meat like the food. Will continue to go. There is no inside seating but the food is worth it. They have a fewtables outside and there's a park nearby too. It is a bit on pricey side but worth it. Read more
Every thing we ordered was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. I hesitated to order after reading about some staffing... issues, but I'm from the other side of the country, travel a lot, and the whole country has these issues. I hate to write this review because I actually like their food and we need a vegan restaurant in this area. But I?ve now had... three negative encounters with their staff, two accounts with a woman who claims to be their manager (I sure hope she is not!).A couple of weeks ago I arrived 11:00 because their website says they open at 11:00 and there was no sign indicating otherwise.The ?manager? rudely told me they don?t open until 11:30 but offered for me to order online and I could pick it up at 12:15. 45minutes for an online order? Today I arrived at 11:50 but they had a sign that says they open at noon (why do they keep changingthe time?). I didn?t mind waiting because I like their food. The people before me knocked on the door and the ?manager? came outand snapped at them because it was before noon (7 minutes to be exact). Then another guy came to pick up a to go order and hismom parked in front waiting for him. The ?manager? opened the door to tell him they couldn't park there and then slammed thedoor on his face. Seriously? He was just picking up an order??? He knocked and knocked and she ignored him. She finally broughtout his food when they moved the car, as if he only deserved the food because they obeyed her. They proceeded get into a hugeargument with lots of yelling. I just left. Happy that there is a vegan restaurant like this in the area. Love the names of the menu items as it is pure nostalgia. I... ordered the Some like it Hottie chick'n sandwich which my only complaint was where was the spice? Ordered I side of fries. Onlyplace to sit and eat is outside in the heat. Food was good. Yes please. Vegan with pure soul. This reminded me a bit of Dharma?s Kitchen in Florida. No dine in but there is outdoor seating... or take out. You knock at the window when you?re ready to order and one comes out. We ordered the Auntie Soul Plate (1 protein,2 sides, drink) with the Nashville Hottie, Mac and cheese, potato salad, fresh squeezed lemonade. I ordered the gluten free birdand a side of candies yams. Tenea was the first impression and last, a notable, lasting presentation of the company. Food,marvelous! Parking lot, cashless payment accepted. Everything was so delicious! My sister is a vegetarian and she got the barbacoa burrito and was in heaven. I tried it and the... texture was great, the seasoning was just right, and the whole combination was perfect. Tater tots were crispy! My brother whois lactose intolerant was finally able to have some delicious mac and cheese. I reccomend everything from burritos, sandwhichesto drinks. Read more
I like to pretend like I don't have groceries at home when I order $30 worth of food here every week (sometimes twice if I'm... feeling defiant of my frustrated finances). But it's all worth it because my life was changed by the Big Poppa (Atlas Monroe -White), totchos, and orange juice.
