I went there in desperate need of some beans and rice, but the counter computers to take orders was down. However, the drive... thru window system was working. The employee was sweet in explaining the info, but I was in a huge truck unable to manage thedrive-thru. I asked if we could walk thru (even though it was cold outside) & she asked the manager who, after waiting over 5minutes, and had come to the counter prior to explain the situation, did not respond, which was very poor customer service.Won't visit this location again. On 8,/15/22 around 710 pm very unfriendly drive thru staff. Welcome was horrible, had attitude taking my order! The girl... sounded as if I interrupted her, just rude. Didn't ask which kind of tea I wanted sweet or unsweetened and virtually no ice inthe big cup. Won't be coming back to this spot. Elk Grove is good though. Read more

Went to drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a 3 piece meal. Went down the street and looked at the chicken... sandwich bag and looks like a rejected return that they try to pass onto me. Went back and they gave me another cold sandwich. Will not be back at this one. Read more

Order three piece chicken tenders for $7.50, they raised their prices. Then they give me 3 tiny little pieces I?m talking they... were the size of nuggets. Ordered the family 10 piece meal plus 12 piece shrimp and 6 piece blue berry Beignet. It all tasted good except the fries were... a bit soggy, as I like my fries on the crunchy side. I was happy they had the fish sandwich with the filet because the one on Mack road gives you two pieces of that heavily breaded... and salted fish and claim it's a fish sandwich. The fish sandwich was fresh and hot. The drive thru seemed busy, which seemed totake away from the walk in customers. Hence the 4 stars. Too bad the one closer to me does not offer the fish sandwich withpictures filet. But I guess I have to go a little further to get it right. Customer service was ok. Read more
