Love this place the cheesy garlic bread is always the best but they offer a free 2 l if you pick up your order and I always pick... up my order curbside and I very rarely get the free 2 l on top of what I order they're pretty fast usually right out it's a kindof scary going at night because it's a little dark area of downtown but other than that I love the place I'll keep going back Read more

I have been a long time customer. The last 3 orders have been late. 2 of the 3 wrong and cold. Even thought the recipe shows... the correct pizza I get the wrong sauces on the half and half. No ranch, not even a single one after spending over $120 here?! As a client who spends our hard-earned dollars here to support... the local businesses, I am extremely disappointed with the team and management of this franchise. I came in to pick up a grouporder and did not mind the extra wait for the food. I understand that any big order is going to require time to prepare theorder. Upon receiving our food, I asked if we can get a side of ranch. I mean who doesn't enjoy a side of ranch with theirpizzas? I was informed by the associate that unless we placed it on the order we can not get a single side of ranch. As abusiness most impacted by the pandemic, the least you can do is cater to your customers to ensure we are happy and continue tobring our business back here. Unfortunately, my team and I will not be ordering from this location again. Order the puzza 1 1/2 hours ago and still havent received it. Call The Pizza Guys abd had one of the most unprofessional... customer experience ever. I Voice my concern about the pizza not being delivered yet when he set an expectation of 45 mins. Andyet its an hour and a half and it still not dwlivered. The kid becomes a wise guy and tell me door dash as other pizzas todeliver too. since i think am special. Wiw i was fuming and fighting mad. Pretty good, their prices are higher than they used to be but the receipt hasn't changed. Still good old taste from childhood.
