Pieology opens at 11. I waited 4 minutes in my car then 5 minutes at the door. The female employee finally decides to unlock the... doors but unlocks the side door first where no one was waiting. Finally comes to the main door unlocks it then walks away. Sheshould have opened it and apologized for opening late. There was a male employee flattening pie crust but she decided to take myorder. She had a bit of an attitude with a not so good tone asking what I wanted on my pizza. She barely put any Alfredo sauceon the crust, I let it go, now we?re at the cheese but as she puts the mozzarella she makes a pile, instead of spreading itaround the crust. I asked for a little bit more she puts it on top of the pile. Then she asked what veggies and I guess I didn?tanswer her fast enough so her attitude worsens. I said artichokes and before I could finish saying artichokes she asked,anymore. I said Spinach and that?s it. She puts a few pieces of artichokes and spinach on top of the pile. When I asked for alittle more artichokes she turns to her co-worker and says I can?t I just can?t, takes her gloves off and throws them in thetrash, like as if I was being a difficult customer. He stops what he?s doing to finish off my order. He walks up ask what elsedo you want on the pizza, no attitude or tone. I told him chicken and asked him if he could spread the ingredients around thecrust. He did what I asked then rang me up and I paid. He went back to his work but kept checking on my pizza and when it wasdone he boxed it and gave it to me. As my pizza was baking I called my husband, who was waiting in the car and told him whathappened. He walks in and tells her your customer service is disappointing. She just turned and walked away. I stopped by this place with 2 friends at 6pm on Tuesday, 8/16/22. We ordered the combo pizzas. We can see, pick, and choose the... items to be included with our pizzas which is nice. After paying for the pizzas we sat and waited in an airy, clean, and largeroom. The pizzas came to our table in about 12 minutes. The wait time is short, but the quality of the pizzas were not good. Weordered thin crust pizzas. The crust bottoms were semi-cooked with black spots, probably from the oven. The crust tops werestill uncooked. The doughs were still white. The pizzas were soft and soggy. We were unhappy. Luckily the night manager,Aldopho, were there to smooth out the situation. He apologized for the under-cooked pizzas and courteously offered to recook thepizzas. My suggestion to Pieology Pizzeria - Change your baking spec so that your pizzas are baked properly. Read more

To anyone wanting to stop by here, please think twice before doing so. From the moment I walked in the customer service was... terrible. The African American female who attended us gave us unnecessary attitude and disrespect. I acknowledge that I may haverolled my eyes, but from being on her phone while attending us and ?disturbing? her by adding an extra pizza to my order, whowould?ve not been annoyed and rolled their eyes? BUT HERE?S THE CHERRY ON TOP: the young female CAME AFTER ME with anotherteenage boy all the way to my table amid ?attending? customers to put up a verbal argument. Asking if there was an issue becauseI was rolling my eyes. Adding that we could put up a physical fight after her shift. What type of professionalism is this!?! Itruly enjoy the food itself, but after this extremely uncomfortable situation Pieology has lost a customer. I truly hope theyfigure out the issue with their unprofessional customer service(based on what I?ve read from previous reviews as well). False Advertising and bad attitude As you can see on the picture they have After Bakes Drizzle Options for FREE. I ask for Ranch... and they told me I need to pay for it. I told them that the advertising say is free. Check my receipt and look they charge mefor ranch. False Advertising is illegal. Employees say they don't have ranch as an option any more. For the last four months.They say the owner removed. But I told them is still on the board. Realy bad attitude from the beginning. I will never go back. Read more

Pieology Pizzeria Delta Shores at this location should be renamed: Antisocialology Pizzeria!!! First of all it was closed down... in the middle of the day due to as the sign posted indicated: short of help, although, there was still customers inside, whichwas very confusing. Secondly, when they opened back up a little later, the two female servers met us customers with contempt andindifference. I felt like I was unwelcome and like I was bothering both servers. When I asked the one server to add anadditional item, she commenced to tell me in a snooty attitude that I confused her. I let her know that she and her co-workerhad very bad attitudes. I believe the first worker that I encountered, tried to redeem herself, as she was way more friendlybefore I left. Have been stopping by this Pieology for couple of months now. I usually order ahead and have never had a problem with pick up,... as it's usually on time. The ingredients are fresh and dough is always cooked properly. Read more

I've visited many of the Pieology stores, throughout California. This store is position in a great location. Staff is... accommodating as well as courteous. Ingredients are fresh and numerous. The experience was great and I can recommend this store.There are an vegetarian meals as well. Pieology is not your typical Italian pizza store. But it is a progressive with a hint ofthe old world.
