Never been here and left with a pizza. They shine walk ins for phone orders. Don?t come here. The one downtown is good.
Currently standing in the store. It?s empty. The employee is only taking phone orders. There?s seven. She?s making all those... first. I?ve been standing here for 15 min. Terrible customer service. Not very reliable to deliver pizza. Recommend you look for another pizza place to order from. Just ordered pizza and... breadstick. It did not get delivered so I called to see if it was done. They informed me they don't deliver they have a thirdparty so it ( doordash). The girl I talk to said she was to busy to go in the back and check to see if it was pick up already. I told her that the order on my phone say it was already delivered. The girl was no help she said I need to contact doordash. Idid order from doordash so I have no way to contact them. In conclusion we spent $35 on pizza not received waited over an hourfor it not to show. Not happy ???? Read more
I have been coming here for a good while and I must say the customer service has gone down recently. It's a hit or miss at this... point. I came here with my boyfriend on the evening of 4/23 as a Friday night treat. I ordered first and the young man (Glennwas his name I believe) who was helping us seemed annoyed as if he didn't want to be there. It was a huge turnoff from thestart. Second, when fixing my pizza he was literally SCRAPING the sauce from the container (even getting the dried up sauce) andit wasn't even enough to cover the pizza. I politely asked if I could get more and it KILLED him to actually fulfill a simplerequest. When putting my toppings on, selective hearing kicked in -_- Light onion does not mean grabbing handfuls of onion! Itwas very passive aggressive behavior on his end. For my protein, he barely wanted to put pepperoni on the pizza. In past visits,I've gotten a sufficient amount and never complained. He ended up sarcastically saying something to the extent of "We have acertain number we put". Since when? He just stared at me when I asked for more (which was very awkward). Didn't ask to put thewhole container on there man -_- At that point, I wanted to say forget it. Then I was almost overcharged by over $20, because itwas communicated that the bill was separate BEFORE we got to the register (again selective hearing and just plain laziness).Laziness and poor customer service was DEFINITELY front and center during last night's visit and the disappointment is real.Having experience in food service, customer service (I.e. attentiveness, friendliness/hospitality etc) is pretty a much a must.You'll retain your customers. People want to get paid but don't want to do the work or the bare minimum! Perfect Pizza and excellent service - highly recommended !! Ramses, the store manager is incredibly good at making customers... feel welcome and comfortable - he is a natural at customer service! We are visitors from Florida and come to Sacramento atleast once a year and will definitely eat there again Read more

First visit ever to a Pieology. Loved it!! Prices were great, pizza was yummy, and the size was perfect with a little left over... for later! Service was fast & friendly. Restaurant was super clean. Will definitely visit again! Read more
My friend comes here, and it is HORRIBLE. for one reason. Two of the staff. They?re the ladies who are the cashier, and the one... who puts the pizza in the oven. They acted EXTREMELY annoyed while my friends family was ordering because they added onto theirorder. Selective hearing and laziness. Her sister got fed up and rolled her eyes at the cashier, and her family followed. Abouttwo minutes later the other lady who put the pizza in the oven came out to the table outside to argue. There was a huge line,and she delayed everyone.
