I'll start off by saying that my review is a little biased because well I've slept on concrete all over the US living solely on... the kindness of others and sometimes people aren't feeling very generous. Which is ok! But I was very hungry and I knew that ifI went to Panda that there was food people didn't finish in the garbage can and I went in there with the attitude that theyain't going to stop me... Well the manager Ted tried to stop me but I told him I didn't care, so he offered to personally buy medinner.... I was so grateful...
