This place was amazing. One reason is the seating options are so plentiful. I love the white leather booth or you can sit at the... bar or you could also sit in the back area for groups. I think the food is simply amazing. We had the calamari shrimp tempuraand about three different type rolls. Yes and the drinks that I mention are such a variety and they don't skimp on the alcoholatmosphere. Nice! You can be with your girlfriend's laughing or you can be with the guy having a little date night. Or you cancome in with the fellows and watch the game. That's how diverse this place is. The food was great. It was a little bit pricey and the lunch menu was very limited. I gotta come for dinner next time because... the dinner menu looks more extensive and had more variety. I decided to come here after reading reviews for the place I alwaysordered on door dash and finding out some unsavory information. One of the reviews specifically mentioned that they weregrateful Oshima was only down the street, so I decided to give them a try instead. The restaurant was clean and the staff wasvery kind and upbeat. My dad (who does not like sushi but foolishly just ordered what I did, even though I love it) actuallyplaced a second order halfway into the meal and they were very gracious about it. They didn't act annoyed or put upon at all,and were able to bring it out relatively quickly. I'm usually a little stingy with the tip, but they took good care of us so Iwas more than happy to be more generous. My only complaint is that they don't have physical menus. They just placed down 2 QRcodes that download the food menu and beverage menu onto your phone. It was a little inconvenient because scrolling around thetiny font on your phone screen is a bit of a pain as opposed to having a proper menu in your hand to look at. The hostess alsodidn't actually tell us that was what they were for. I just figured it out when they never brought menus. So, if we were olderor smart phone illiterate, we might not have ever figured it out. Other than that, it was great. I'll definitely go back. Thedinner menu looks great. This place before the pandemic was pretty good, but since then, the quality of their fish has seemed to go downhill. Have tried... them a few times since they reopened inside and each time my wife and I leave wishing we had just gone somewhere else. Nothingabout it is terrible, it's just so dang mediocre on every level that I can't think of any special reason to go back. If I weremore into sports I'd give an extra star for the bar and TV area, they play a lot of games and seem to be busy on that sideoften. Read more
