This is my first time at this location, I usually go to the Arden to Roseville ones. I came in around 12:30 for lunch. I sat on... the bar area. Jasmine quickly asked what I wanted to drink then gave me a menu. I opted for their lunch special of the chickenparm and I got a soup to go with it. She asked if I was on lunch so she could ask for it to come out faster. The soup wasbrought out quick and by the time I was finished the chicken parm came out. Best service I've ever had at any of their restaurants, hands-down! Our server Brianna was a sweetheart. Extremely polite and... knowledgeable when it came to the alcoholic beverage selection and she wasn't even old enough to drink. It was very busy but youcouldn't tell by the service. The place is very welcoming. The service was impressive! Our server Alfonso was super friendly and efficient. We had some Piña... Coladas and those were the best ones we have had in Sacramento. We even complimented the bar tender for the good job. Since thisis a new location, Olive Garden did an amazing job training their staff. Hope this good energy and excellent customer servicecontinues. I am giving this a 4 star based on the service I received by James. Great attitude, very attentive and made sure we felt... welcomed. The food was great per usual. My only complaint was the experience I had with the ?boy scout? he came up to us askinghow we were doing, just a normal check in. I asked him politely if he could take our plates. Which then he responded ?yeah for 5dollars? It took me aback and in my opinion was disrespectful. If you as an employee have no interest in helping me then simplydon?t ask.
