The sushi is delicious. We liked the popcorn shrimp roll & spider man roll as well as tiger roll & Brandi's special. The deals... are great. The biggest problem we have is that they never ANSWER THE PHONE. We try to order takeout from here regularly &every time we end up having to go in & order then sit there waiting. If they would just answer, we would have given 5 stars.This isn't a one time thing either. It has consistently been every time we've tried ordering (3-4 times) in the last few months. Read more
Worst sushi experience I've had in years. The tuna was bland and looked old, was nowhere near the color red. More of a muddy... purple... Their "California roll" is just a huge glob of imitation crab and nothing else... High prices with the lowest qualityfish. I'm very disappointed that two rolls and a drink cost me $50... ???? Most of the rolls come with a lot of sauce which my kids love. The Peter and Jenny are my favorites. Even though I got takeout... the presentation and packaging was legit. Will definitely be back! Read more
Totally disgusting!!! When I first walked in, most of the sushi at the bar looked dried out. I assumed they were throwing it... away since the chef was wrapping it up. My waitress was unprofessional and had a bad attitude. When she brought out our order, Itold her that it was not fresh. She got upset and told me that it was. That they just put it out today however I took the sauceoff so she can see the discoloration in the raw fish. She still insisted it was fresh. At that point I was not about to arguewith her. Had my birthday dinner there tonight with my family. The sushi and sashimi was absolutely delicious and fresh. We had a family... boat, which was more than we could all eat!! Service was outstanding, atmosphere was great! Love this place and it is now mygo to for sushji!! Read more
Update, l: just go to a Mikuni, the food is much better and you will feel better about the money you spend there :) Had better... sushi for cheaper tbh. The sushi is ok, portion sizes are small given the price, and the sushi isn't exceptional that one has tocome back here for the experience. Ok ambience tho Read more
I got to try this place for the first time on my birthday and I was VERY impressed. The fish was the freshest I have had since... covid first impacted the restaurant industry. The rice on their sushi was perfect, fresh, light, and the proper amount of stickytart to complement the fresh fish sliced expertly on every roll. I absolutely love the spicy Rhonda, freaky David, sweet potatoroll, and the sashimi. In fact I was so happy with my meal that I came back the following Friday to get a Togo order to takehome for dinner after I was unable to order in from uber eats, grub hub, or door dash! It was worth the drive. This time I gota Volcano, Spicy Rhonda, Freaky David, Sweet Potato Roll. The staff was friendly and helpful, making great recommendations andeven though prices may feel a bit high, it’s worth the quality and supporting a great local business!
