It was awfully disorganized. We ordered ahead, came at the time they said it would be ready, then they said it would be another... 15 minutes so we walked to the grocery store and grabbed some food. Came back and they said another 10 minutes. The person infront of us said she had been waiting an hour and was cancelling her order. We did the same and cancelled because it was clearthe three people working there could not figure out how to fulfill basic orders. The bowl was not the same as the downtown Nectar. It tasted bland and then I called and I got a refund, so that was good. My... nephew (8 years old) was hungry so I gave it to him. Even though he thought it was decent he was eating then CHOCKED on a bigCHUNK of ice in the bowl. Be careful! Read more
Horrible service and lack of professionalism. I waited for 30 minutes without getting my smoothie. Other people were getting... there order first. Not people who ordered online or anything like that those who ordered 5-20 minutes after me were recievingthere smoothie first. I've gotten the acaii banana berry bowl. It's a little on the pricey side but it's really good if you want something cold,... fruitful, and healthy. If I were to rate it it's probably like an 8/10 overall it's good but including with the price they'reselling it for not that great. Giving this location 3 stars because they messed up my order. I ordered 2 peanut butter bowls and they were rung up as 2 mango... bowls. I corrected the worker at the register and mentioned I wanted the peanut butter bowls and not mango.
