The food is delicious, but the customer service is terrible if they make a mistake. My usual order is always asked for WITHOUT... bacon, this is the second time the order was processed WITH bacon. Also, the cheesy sticks didn?t have cheese, so I called. Thewoman on the phone said to bring everything back and they?ll have it remade for me in 20 minutes. I wait the 20 minutes, bringeverything back only to discover someone else has decided that the products need to be seen first before replacing. I explained,again, the issue and what I was told. They said it would be 20 minutes for a new one to be made, so I asked for a refund. I lethim know if he was the one making the decisions, it should have been him I spoke to on the phone, or a courtesy call could havebeen made to inform me. The entire time I?m respectful, yet receiving disrespect because I had expectations based on what wastold. The young man at the register was rude and tried to prove me wrong. I don?t need to argue over a mistake made on theirpart. I kindly asked for a refund, to which it was insisted I wait for the new products that will only take 5/6 minutes. 15minutes later, new product. Given the disrespect, attitude, terrible customer service, and the unsettling feeling of what waspossibly done to the new products- I prefer the refund and will not choose to return to this location. About the best pizza place in the state, their pizza is delicious, but costs a pretty penny. Also, great costumer service.

I've been here twice and I should say I'm not returning again, the pizzas are somehow salty, the slices are curst and sauce... dominated and very little toppings, and the salad bar items have been reduced (i.e. eggs). Read more

I went into their lunch buffet. They had three different pizzas. One tasted very fresh while the other two tasted like they?ve... been sitting for a while. I asked for hot sauce and they didn?t have any. One of my favorite things is hot sauce when I go toall the other Mountain Mike?s. I?ve been to many of them and this is the only one that didn?t have any. The woman at the counterdoesn?t understand English that well. Well, we have had Mountain Mike's pizza before in a different city. We loved it. But this time, not so much. Sorry about that.... Maybe it was it was Memorial Day or busy... I don't know. We went there and ordered it because no one would answer the phone. Got there order just a medium with two toppings. I got a salad to go also. Well, a girl brought the pizza out, I thought itmight be ours, but no one is at the counter to give it to us. 5 minutes later the guy comes back to the counter and gives usthe pizza. Well, I like my pizza hot, so it wasn't, plus I order ham and green peppers. We there was to much ham on it, way tomuch. Also the green peppers was all chopped up, and way to much also.
