So I really should be finding a new pizza place. Got a ballooned pepperoni pizza with just cheese in the middle... Oh and on top... of that the discount codes still dont work! This place has gone so far down the hill that it's not even funny! Ordered onlinelike I usually do, but this time I had to stand in line for 15 minutes to pick up my now cold pizza. Came all the way from Canada to enjoy the famous mountain Mike?s pizza and heard that this restaurant in particular Was the best... one. First off the services was amazing, I was treated like I was family. The pizza was the best pizza I?ve ever had, myfavourite one being the avalanche pizza which was amazing. To end off such a great meal I had a cookie pizza which really wasthe perfect way to end the day. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting some great pizza. Read more
Came all the way from Canada to try mountain mikes. This specific location was amazing. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. One... of the best pizzas I?ve had in a while. They didn?t hold back on the amount of toppings on the pizza. Service was also topnotch. Very friendly group and were extremely welcoming. The owners of the shop were even there and treated us amazing. Madesure we enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend everyone tries mountain mikes food and especially at this location. So disappointed in the customer service! I have been going there for YEARS to celebrate my 4 children's birthdays,... accomplishments and just to spend time with family. Throughout all the years we go to this specific Mt. Mikes SEVERAL times ayear! But my last experience my family, friends & I will NEVER spend a dime here again! I was treated with such disrespect! Ihave a family of 6 , everytime I come I have at least 6 to 20 people buying at least 4 pizzas (which is NOT cheap) , beer, saladbar and extras! Even though the owner no longer offers any coupons or discounts I still continued to be loyal and spend my moneythere! The last time I visited I went for a party for my child I purchased 4 pizzas $30 each , beer & salad bar I brought in myown juice since I did not want my children to drink soda.. I was entertaining my party guests and I was interrupted by anemployee telling me I can't bring in my own drinks. I'm upset because she didn't take me to the side to inform me she announcedit loudly in front of everyone! That day was very hot outside and I did not want my children drinking soda. And after ALL themoney I spend there I believe bringing in juice which they don't offer should be OKAY! That one employee lost my businessFOREVER! Not only my business but my family and friends and their family & friends! A business will succeed or not ALL THROUGHWORD OF MOUTH! Pizza was good as it always is however prices have definitely gone up. A large pepperoni pizza is around $24 and coupons have... been reduced to $2 off. Also noticed toppings have been getting lighter. Will definitely continue to come back here, just notas often. Other locations probably have a better Tuesday special or better online promotions.
