This was my 3rd time in week in a half idk what has happened at this store but it has not gotten better. The soda machine hasn't... worked for a week. Main reason I come is to get dollar coke. Wow! The worker with the glasses , 6 foot white male was on his phone the entire time I was in line trying to tell him I mobile... ordered. Meanwhile , the little girl with a brunette ponytail (I think her name is Bianca) was hanging out with another employeetalking the whole time. It left Gabriela and the other woman doing everything. Awful . I ordered a happy meal they charged me .30 for the apple juice that comes with the happy meal . When I was given my food... the happy meal box was not closed and they did not give me my apple juice . I had to pull into the parking lot and call them tohave them bring my apple juice out to the car because you can not walk in to this location. I ordered a well done McDouble itwas not well done . I've been coming to this McDonald's for months now and it is honestly the slowest location I've ever been to. I stopped... ordering food and only get a drink anymore and eat at Del Taco because it can take 20 minutes from ordering to get a simplecheeseburger or nuggets. There is zero concept of triage when it comes to this place. If you see a single drink order, just getit done. If a huge order also has a drink, fill the single first and the large order when their food is actually ready. Thereis no reason every other order should have to wait because of one large order. Literally had people waiting in the lobby for 20+minutes for TWO DRINKS. And then I came in after them even though I ordered ONE DRINK on the app and I got mine first after 10minutes. You need to train this location the art of triage. Hell, there are plenty of hospitals and medical offices around theplace you would figure they'd be told something about it by now. Read more
My girlfriend just craved fries so we ordered a large one, but as we waited a minute for the cashier to finally open the window... to take our payment, I decided to add fries and ice cream cone as well when we got to the first window. Horrible service. The first time I went they forgot two of my items, and the second time they forgot another thing. The... employees were wondering around the kitchen, and my grandmother had to tell one of the employees how to enter our order. Really?Then she had to go back to the kitchen, and had to stop another employee from making our food wrong. They all seem like it wastheir first day, and had no clue what they were doing.
