This McDonald's is excellent compared to the one on Alhambra. Will come here n make the drive the food is way better there soda... machines work all the time and employees seem to be very smart and know what there doing. Compared to my 3 visits at Alhambraand 2 on Richards. I have the app too didn't use it on Richards. I had excellent service here both times. Read more
This McDonald's was ok. When I went only one of the four self service kiosks were operational. They also messed up my order and... since it was too late to go back I sucked it up. I called the corporate number and left a message, tried calling the store lineseveral times but it just rang - no option to leave a message. I got a call back and all they could do offer me a burger at thatlocation but I was visiting and couldn't return so they just said sorry. Fries were great, but they take forever and have miscommunication. I ordered 4 smoothies and ended up getting1. I told them and... I had to stay in the parking lot for it. It took so long, I ended up going inside and asking them for it. I found out theyforgot about my order and they made it for me in 2 minutes. ???????? Read more
The place was super trashy. As in, there was literal trash scattered across the parking lot in each parking space. There were a... few crackheads out in the lot as well calling out to us. The dine-in room was closed, which is kind of understandable from theemployees' point of view. Literally go to any other McDonald's and you'll be better off. If you have any sense of taste andaren't very constrained on money, go somewhere other than McDonald's like Kiki's or Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out or even Costcoinstead. Read more
This McDonald's is unbelievable. This is my medium fry I got with my quarter pounder meal. Unbelievable. No wonder why people... don't want to pay people who work at those places. This McDonald's is off the hook. Skip it and move to the next location ifpossible. Read more
This McDonald?s location is on Richard Blvd off of highway 5 across chevron. It?s an easy in n out if you driving on highway 5.... This McDonald?s parking is not the best and I never liked. Staff definitely have to deal with a lot of strange people. Food isgreat but rest room normally needs attention. Kudos to the staff to keep up with it. Food is always great and warm. Great dealson the app so do yourself a favor and order ahead in the app and choose curbside pickup rather then long wait in drive through.Your choice anyway. Read more
I ordered my breakfast thru the app at 9:26am and it's now 9:45am and have not received my order. This location has the worst... service. I can't believe the way they do business. I should have used the drive thru. Why have an app of it isn't going to beany good. Read more
