Very literally waited in line for an order inside this restaurant for 45 minutes. At a "fast food" place. I get it. It's hard... to find workers. But if that's the case maybe you shut down some of your stores because this isn't a restaurant this is atravesty and a joke. Read more
Says 24 hours but we were told at 3:28they close at 3:30 and when we said they should probably let the line know since we had... been sitting in it for at least 20 min already and there were cars out to the street. They said it's not their problem. I hopeboth those women who said they wanted us to "pull up to the second window and see what's up!" when we said they could at leastpop out and put up a sign, are to hot under their blankets and too cold when the stick their foot out from under the covers sothey don't get a restful night's sleep until they learn not to be so rude. They're also risking their safety! The wrong persongoes through their line after they say what they did... bravado only protects your ego. Please don't let them get actually hurtfor their arrogance. Worst McDonald?s I have ever been in. Staff was horrible worst customer service ever, took them 45:00 minutes to get a coffee... and a apple pie. All they were doing was goofing off with each other!! This happened yesterday 10/27/22 10:00am morning. Read more

I ordered a basic cheeseburger I think easily the worst fast food hamburger I've ever ordered at any price. I don't know how... they stay in business they've been raising prices while other similar restaurants are outperforming them on quality. Great McDonald's Restaurant on Broadway in Sacramento. This McDonald's is pretty large and updated. They have a good drive-thru... and an extra parking lot for customers. There are kiosks inside to self order if you'd like. We ordered Big Mac, Chicken, andFish Sandwiches. All were prepared to order and great. The drive thru is always long and backed up into the street. When you go inside, no one is managing the front. They are slow to... bring out simple orders and leave guests waiting for long periods. Just a poorly managed store. Read more
