I come through the drive thru every other morning. And order a larger cup of coffee with 9 sugars only no creamer and a small... water. And every other time i do it. I get to work sit down and taste it. It is a large cup of creamer with a hint of coffee. Idon't know what's wrong. Either the head set or the monitor board. I generally go to McDonald?s for their breakfast menu using the drive-thru. Just when I thought they had improved their customer... service, the last two visits have prompted me to reconsider. I encountered no problems ordering and making payment. The issueshave occurred at the 2nd window where I received my food. On both occasions, the crew members seemed confused and asked to seemy receipt. During the most recent visit, the crew member tried to give me the wrong order and when I corrected him, he appearedflustered and almost forgot to give me my beverage. Apparently, some retraining is in order for these employees not to mentionbetter coordination. Read more
McDonald?s on pocket road off of I-5 is cool location. They are always staff right and keep hygiene pretty well. Normally my son... like their Big Mac and nuggets so we visit this location quite often. In this time of pandemic, we try to order from curbside. Ialways feel pressure at the drive through. Curbside is cool. Food comes pretty quick. Don?t forget to download McDonald?s appand enjoy savings when you use coupons from the app. The only catch is you can only use one coupon at a time and second couponis available after one hour. So if you are not alone then every app on a phone can use one coupon and you can use another couponon the second phone and so on. Great, but they messed on my order I wanted 2 mc doubles both with extra mustard and pickle but neither of them were correct. 1... came with no onion and the other came with no pickles i was just confused and hungry by the time to go thru the drive thruagain. This McDonald's was so great after their remodel... Until they served me raw ground beef. We were refunded, but nobody offered... anything else. This is a big deal. Like, health code violation and shut down big deal. I'm thoroughly disappointed. We don't goto this location any more. Read more
