I ordered breakfast in the app before 1030am. App said drive to store my food is being prepared. When I got there I pulled into... drive thru, told to go to first window, where jasmin rudely greeted me by saying ?now it?s after 1030 so there?s no breakfast? Iasked so you don?t have my food? She responded ? no, not our fault? then shut the door on me. Didn?t give me the chance to orderother food, didn?t offer to make this right in any way since I drove all the way down there, nothing. I called the manager whosaid jasmin should?ve atleast attempted to make this right for me. But manager Esmeralda didn?t do much either for my wastedtime and terrible customer service I received. Horrible customer service from jasmin and manger Esmeralda. Don?t waste your timegoing to this McDonald?s. Go to one of the other three just down the street from here. Read more

This location was my favorite to order from for a while because their food was usually fresh and tasted good, but today made me... decide I will avoid it for some time. I got 3 burgers for me and my kid and all 3 of them tasted off, like the kitchen didn'tclean their grill good enough so it had an old flavor, or the meat was about to turn. My daughter would not eat a full bite andjust nibbled around the outside, which is unlike her, so I tasted all 3 and they were all bad. The fries used to be nice and hotbut now they are stale every time, which I can usually overlook because no one is consistent with their fries...
