I ordered, "Large #2, no onions with a Diet Coke. I also want a Big Mac and a 2nd one for $1. Add a Large fries and that will be... all. The girl in the speaker(1) started explaining that I cant get a 2nd sandwich for a dollar with a combo meal. I said, "Iknow." I get home, there was 1 B.M. I went back and explained to the cashier(2) that I wanted a 2nd Mac for $1, I didn't get itBUT I wasn't charged for it either, can I do that now?(i had the receipt). A manager(3) comes up, I explain it to her, shestarts explaining that I can't get the extra with a meal. I tell her that the Mac wasn't a meal, the #2 was the meal. She givesme a look as if I'm trying to pull a fast one. Well here comes the "Head" manager(4). I tell him what was up, HE ALSO explainshow an extra doesn't come with meals. What is SOOO difficult to understand? 4, that's FOUR people couldn't see a #2 combo mealwith a D. Coke was THE meal and a lone Big Mac wasn't. Was the Large fries at the end too confusing? Is getting that L. frieswith the Mac considered a meal? It shouldn't. No drink was ordered. Let me say, this McD's does give out above average foodcompared to others, I'll admit it. I can also let slide the first 2 workers not understanding BUT the 2 managers not being ableto see what was going on here, slaps 3 stars off this review! Unbelievable. Read more
I am a dasher for doordash and I had to pick up an order yesterday morning. The young man name Julian who was working at the... counter. He very nice and helpful. He was very enthusiastic about his job. Made sure I had a good morning and was very verypolite. Went above and beyond with his customer service. Read more
Avoid this location like the plague. I was denied use of my voucher because the franchise owner has changed hands. Nowhere on... this coupon does it specify that it will be invalid when franchise ownership has changed. They were rude about it and tried tosay it was invalid for this location even though it is posted clearly on the coupon. I received this coupon as part of a tipfrom a client and have kept it in my wallet for a rainy day. Well today was a that rainy day... and now I don't have any food toeat. There are no expiration date posted. I will never return to this location. I will continue to try to use this couponbecause this is wrong in so many ways and justice will be served. Read more

I have been coming here since I was like 16 years old and I'm 40 now and I don't recall any issues coming from this place other... than a long line.- (For this reason I bumped up to 3 stars) - Until now. Not cool. When I first pulled up I asked if theywere open. The male voice said, "yes" and the female voice said, "no". I replied, "I just want to get a coffee". Ended up thecoffee machine supposed to be "clogged" to make the caramel mocha coffee this is on 12th of April at 12:40 a.m. on Sunday. Hetold me how all they had was Black Coffee with creamer and sugar. I asked him if there was a syrup or something that he couldsquirt in it and he said no only creamer and sugar. I asked for A LOT of creamer n sugar. (They gave me a lot) One issue withthat is that all the packets of sugar were like partially wet **????? Thank God I was pulled over to dump all my sugar andcreamer into my cup because my cup was NOT HOT coffee at all. So I called them on the phone and I told them I was just there shesaid come through back through the line which there was nobody in line at the time either. So I pulled up to the second windowit's a totally different person helping me this time. I see her getting the coffee out of a machine not coffee pot and as she'sdoing that I see the male & the previous female look at her and the male said something. She instantly took the cup out of themachine and filled rest of the cup up with coffee (from the pot) then told me to cream and sugar was in it. I really feel likethey did something to my coffee the first time around and they didn't want to get caught in a lie the second time around. Read more
Quick and easy service.would say they need to make sure sauces and drinks get in order better. I have gotten no ketchups and... sauces before. Even missed out of the milk sometimes. The happy meals are always fun and the toys are super cute. But need morevsriation in toys. I got 3 sonics in a row before getting Tails. Not even attempting for a Knuckles. This location has the cleanest McDonalds lobby I have ever seen. The staff kindly brought us our food and it was hot and fresh.... The employees stayed busy yet pleasant. The remodel is beautiful. I normally order with the drive thru but this location makesme want to slow down a little, park, order and eat my food inside. We had time to kill today and I’m glad we did. There wasone other gentleman dining having a coffee and reading a book. It was glorious. The manager came to the lobby and fixed thechairs even though they were barely out of place. This establishment smelled very clean. I’m blown away. My sons and I had agreat lunch here. I’d also like to add that a slightly unruly customer was a little aggressive toward one of the cashiers overthe price of the mango smoothie but the employee handled it very well. The managers presence was shown and felt but he allowedhis employee to handle it, which she did well. I’m very very happy with my visit today. Not to mention I used my app rewardswhich made lunch pretty cheap! $15 for 3 people to eat and drink well is a definite win for me. Thank you! Read more
