This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They are always messing up my orders. In the past they have forgot to put meat... on all the burgers I ordered and just today giving me only the mcgriddle bread even though I ordered the sausage egg and cheesemcgriddle. Also they allow the mentally ill homeless to harass thier customers that are eating inside or waiting for their orderto be fixed. Read more
Dine-in closes at 7pm. We sat down around 645. Doors were locked at 7pm. Dining area was dirty. Loud and annoying employees. ... One in particular had to share out loud her personal life with added adult language. Luckily my 5 and 3 yr old didn't catch anyof the words or anything else. We won't go there anymore. Read more

Since moving to the La Riviera area, the employees at this McDonald?s location are consistently rude. I try my hardest to avoid... this location at all possible cost due to previous visits, however today, after getting off of a 12 hour overnight shift, it wasthe fast thing on my way home. I entered the drive thru around 7:50 am on 08/20, the person in back drive in the Sac Statesweatshirt just handed the card reader machine out to me and did not say hello or even acknowledge me and did not offer me areceipt. I continued to the next window and awaited my order there for a few minutes, that?s okay though, I understandeverywhere in short staffed and appreciate those who make an effort to come to their jobs. However, the manager, I assume due toher shirt, who was wearing glasses and a black button up did the same thing! She opened the window, did not say hi back to meand just handed me my food & drink. I?m just upset with this, I use to be a shift manager for McDonald?s back in 2018-2020during my first years of college, I understand how it can be but it not that hard to be nice. I always strive to the customer Iwould have wanted, but as a healthcare worker, getting off at 7:30 am after working overnight, I too am tired and exhausted butwill make an effort to at least say hello or thank you. I?m just consistently disappointed with the majority of employees I?veinteracted with at this location and I hope that the franchise owners can work with their staff on how to just be polite, or atleast answer back?definitely made me upset on my way home. Horrible experience. Look at any of my reviews, always 5 stars, NOT today. Check the cameras, it took 7 minutes standing in... front of the register before I was even acknowledged. I don?t expect much and even try to be super understanding, helpful, and reasonable whenever I shop here but employees won?t... recognize that and will still be short or blunt. Items are incorrect or missing and you let the staff know and it?s a big fussand attitude for something you paid for. I?d understand if I was adding something on last minute but I asked and ordered it andit?s not in my bag why are you giving me attitude for your mistake? Don?t even try to ask for extra sauce, depending on who yourcashier is they?ll try to charge you for the ?extra? and whenever they do I oblige but I let them know I need a receipt for itand suddenly they don?t need to charge anymore. Retaliation against your own paying customers isn?t a good vibe orexperience. To make it worse now they only take doordash orders after 10pm which is some new policy that I?ve never heard ofand their ice cream machine is never functioning still after the McDonald?s company is facing a $900 million lawsuit over saidmachines, and whenever they don?t want to be reported to corporate for bad service the printer for receipts is broken. Don?texpect anything except maybe 1/10 good experiences and I truly feel when it is it?s because higher ups or corporate is in thestore to cause such a miracle that it is to give halfway decent customer service.
