Sometimes it takes a while to get some fresh fries but usually cook them hot and fresh.
The workers are always very rude and the restaurant always looks unorganized. It's not the best, even for a McDonald's. The only... person that wasn't rude was the manager who seemed to be the only one working and she looked tired and overworked. Read more
The only problem I've had with this location is the frappe machine being down frequently, and their idea of fresh fries. Now as... a customer, when I order fresh fries, I should receive fries straight from the fry hopper, uncooked, and dropped down into theoil. But what I receive quite frequently are fries that have been cooked once already, they just drop them back into the oil toheat them up, giving the illusion that they've dropped fresh fries. Read more
The drive through was packed and I was the only person waiting at the counter. I heard them say they were waiting on nuggets as... I watched them send nuggets out the drive through window and pull fresh nuggets out of the fryer several times. After patientlywaiting more than 10 minutes I walked to my truck and was surprised to find dried out nuggets and a mcdouble that looked like itwas from last week. Bad service and worse food. This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in Sacramento. They have a very rude and unfriendly staff in the drive thru, my... experience was horrible! When I called to tell them that I bit into a quarter pounder that was bloody raw on the inside I wastreated as if they just served me cold fries and when I asked for the store managers name and contact info the so calledsupervisor hung up on me and then wouldn't answer any of my follow up calls. Shame on you McDonalds, your company used to be areliable place for a decent meal at a reasonable price.... not anymore! I haven't eaten at any McDonald's since this and neverwill be back! Clearly ordered no pickles no onions and got both on my food. Couldn't eat it. Drove off lot and they wouldn't return or replace... meal. Tossed it in garbage. As I'm allergic to pickles. Thx for trying to kill me Read more
