I shouldn't have to wait 22 minutes in line with only 5 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. This is supposed to be fast food. I... get quicker service at Dennys. I won't be returning to this location. 1. Front register lady has an attitude, she's being really rude to a non-english speaking door dasher who is having issues with... his app/order - I work with door dashers all the time at my fast food job, there are much better ways to handle this. 2. Nowifi, at least that's what the employee told me 3. No power outlets 4. Kiosks broken 5. Another order taking lady can'tunderstand what I'm saying 6. Half the time there's nobody at the registers to take ppl's orders. Read more
Waited 3 min at drive thru for someone to reply. Pulled out to the window and after sitting there a wile I was told they were... closed. After waiting it was 10:01pm when I was told. Would like to make sure Management is aware that customers are beingturned away during business hours. There were 3 cars waiting behind me who were also turned away. Read more
A very new look for McDonald's very clean very good service
With this fastfood place remodeled does make it look alot better then before. Still good food but do wish they bring back more... of the "Value menu " loved that section an made it affordable for those on a budget. But still not to costly going here. Plusadded deserts helps. Easy sn wide entrance to the drive- tru afew exits an entrance this area where this is at does help sincethere are more fast food joints to get too as well for those who prefer something else.they keep up remodeling North Highlandsrestaurants of fast foods to make people feel more welcome cause this area really needs it. But I feel slowing but surely itshappening. Read more
We had been to this mcdonald's several times. Then one night a, couple of weeks after their remodeling, I placed my order and... the manager asked me to park because they needed to make some fries and they would bring the order to my car. I didn't mindbecause who doesn't like freshly made fries? I did notice that no other car was asked to park. They all got their food and left.No big deal. After 9 minutes of waiting a girl brought the food to the car and we left. When we got home we found out the frieswe got looked like they had been sitting all day, they scraped the bottom of the barrel for small, brown, old pieces that no oneshould pay for. Obviously, the other drivers got the fresh fries that we waited 9 minutes for. I have not been back to thisparticular mcdonald's since then. If a business does not value you as a customer, take your business elsewhere and remember toleave a review about your experience. Read more
