This place frequently messes up your order. I havent been to this McDonald's in awhile becuase of how often they mess it up but... for whatever reason I decided to give them another chance today and SURPRISE! SURPRISE! They mess up my order. Now I'm startedto think they're doing it on purpose. I don't know how you get "Double Quarter Pounder Meal" messed up with "Crispy chickensandwich". Asked for 3 large fries they gave me 2, asked for a HI-C drink they gave me Sweet tea. Stop hiring people who aredeaf. Guys just go to another McDonald's, don't bother wasting your time here. Usually come here and always get good service until today when the Chinese lady was going to give me a ice coffee and I told her... it was a frappe so she goes back and I thought she was gonna fix it but no she proceeds to put whip cream and caramel on top andgives me the iced coffee when that?s clearly not what I asked or paid for ! This McDonald's is the effn worse. Staff is rude and not very welcoming. Store NEVER opens at the posted time that their suppose... to and ALWAYS closes earlier than posted. Waited in 'mobile order spot #1' for about 10 minutes though it was not what I'd consider "busy". The food is as expected,... coffee hot. It seems like the customary condiments are always slightly different at each McDonald's location [I'd like to seesome uniform training in this capacity as well as mobile delivery over-all readiness]. McDonald's is fast, efficient and for themost part the customer knows exactly what they will be getting and what to expect. Read more
This Mc Donald's location is always a disappointment. The drive thru line is always long. This particular visit not only was the... line long, but they ran out of ice, really? I ordered 20 pieces chicken nuggets and they forgot the sauce, so annoying. Thefries where literally half full and the ones I did get were super salty and tasted old. I had to get back in the drive thru linesince the lobby wasn't open, not even for to go orders,my filet-o-fish sandwich had a tiny squirt of tartar sauce,so dry,ahhh. I continue to give this Mc Donald's location a shot every now and then since its the closest one to my home to redeem itself butit fails every time. Read more
