Horrible service. No customer service at all. Rude and practically threw my food to me. The person taking the orders had also... was rude. I ordered a half cut ice tea. She said it shows up as a sweet tea, but they will know at the window that it's halfand half. When I got the tea, I asked her if it was half cut and she said no. I informed her of the conversation I had with theorder taker. The girl in the window went to get the correct drinks, but had an attitude with me and made some snide comment asshe was filling up the cups. Then she basically shoved my bags of food at me with no acknowledgment. I let her know that shelacks customer service and she just raised her hand at me like she really didn't care that I was speaking. I go to thislocation because it is by my house and have never had any issues with the service or any attitude issues, but the crew theyhave working now should not be working with customers. Read more
It takes a bit to take your food, but this is probably the cleanest McDonald?s i have ever been to. The facility was clean when... i first walked in and got really dirty because of a rush. Yes i was here for a while because my son eats slow. And as soon asthe rush ended one of the employees came out and cleaned up everything. He also took our trash from our table for us. I have been to this location many times during different times of the day and it doesn't seem to make a difference when it comes... to how quickly they process orders. It took 30min before i was even able to order (drive-thru) and there were only 2 cars infront of me. Read more
Slowest McDonald?s in the area aside from Richards. Struggle with employees, management and flow. Mobile orders are prepared... fast then sit long. Read more
The food quality is gone downhill while the prices have gone up.. they do deserve credit for keeping the coffee and soft drinks... low but other than that I may never buy a meal at McDonald's again.. the quality just does not support the price increases overthe last year Read more
Customer service can really be terrible here. I realize they are busy and told to focus more on the drive thru?.. but they will... straight ignore you although you see your order sitting there getting cold. They could care less sometimes and it?s training andlack of management present. McDonald?s was always proud to give good service but now no smiles!!! Read more
This was so not what I was expecting! I waited in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes only to receive poor service and a... sandwich thrown together like shown in the photo below. Totally unacceptable McDonalds! Please look at ways to improve serviceas a whole at this location. Read more
They always get the order wrong. I would say 2 out of 5 times are wrong. You get lucky if they get the order right. I asked for... sausage McMuffin with egg, they gave me a McMuffin with egg, and the last time they gave me the sausage McMuffin with no egginside. Read more
