Went in today said it'd be a 15 minute wait. Their food is never hot and ready as advertised. I guess you get what you pay for... disgusted in Little Caesars and how we get treated as customers. Pizza wasn't worth the wait at all. They were busy but I saw alot of employees in the back so I can't figure out why 15 minute pizza would be so delayed and a long service. Those boys always touch their hair, their eyes, their phones while handling food. They need to stop playing around during work.... They must be relatives of the owner because they don't take the job seriously. One boy even put an empty box over his head,goofing around while 7 of us were waiting to be serve in the lobby. At every time we go to this location somehow our order gets messed up. Tonight we tonight we took our pizza back to the location... because they had again screwed up our order and The employee there decided that it would be OK to put the pizza back into thewarmer even though it already left the premises and had been opened. The customer service is extremely lacking and the fact thatI had to bring the pizza back to the location and waste gas is asinine. They could have refunded us the cost of the pizza....IWILL be calling corporate. Read more

Its okay. I would have given it a better rating with better consistency. The last time I went, I ordered online. It said mine... was ready but my number did not work on the machine. I ended up waiting in a long line to find out that they had my pizza readythe whole time but did not have my name attached. It was just sitting there. That was once out of the multiple times I have gonethere, so I will not hold that against them. Read more

This was absolutely the worst experience I have had at a pizza place. I go in to order an Ultimate Supreme pizza, and the cash... register tells me it would take 10 minutes. So I waited. Ten minutes later, I overhearing that someone else had ordered anultimate supreme. So then five minutes later his order gets put out. Now I'm wondering to myself why did they just skip myorder. Thinking that mine is about to be finished, I waited a total of 35 minutes for one ultimate supreme pizza. ???? Read more
