Our first time today at Koshi Ramen Bar. Nice outside setting, very welcoming as we entered, with all the choices on great... photos ???? and description of the dishes. And the staff person who greeted us was very helpful. We ordered for starters the???? crab ragoons, the curry chicken rice bowl, and the roasted pork Ramen. Nice casual eatery where you order up front. There is a decent amount of toppings for each ramen bowl, which is nice and... substantial. Their broth is decent. Especially for the price of around $12.50 a bowl (May 2022), can't really beat getting awhole softboiled ramen egg included. The char siu was great as well. This is the closest ramen shop near me and it is a gem. My choice tonight was the Black Garlic Ramen with three tamagos (eggs).... The broth was delicious and smooth to slurp. I think it's the best spot for ramen in Natomas. Read more

We had geso fry(squid fry), donkotsu ramen and chicken ramen spicy. Geso fry is crispy and chewy squid legs. It is perfect for... appetizer. Donkotsu broth are rich and savory. You can feel the deep pork smell and flavor. 2chashu, 1boiled egg, 3-4 kikuragemushroom, 1roasted seaweed, some bamboo shoot and bean sprouts are served as basic. Chashues are tendered and soft, boiled eggshave runny egg yolk with tendered white part. Mushrooms also chewy and fresh. I enjoyed donkotsu ramen more than chicken ramen.Chicken ramen is like tantanmen. My husband said noodles are undercooked and broth are too salty. I tried it and it?s way toosalty compared to mine. When you get into the restaurant, they asked you to order and pay. Then they give you a number forserving foods. It?s a little ridiculous to tip as soon as I got there.
