I like Kiki's but almost every other time I order over the phone for pick-up my order is wrong. I always get boneless wings and... 2 out 3 of the last times I ordered it has been bone-in. I said boneless and the person on the phone responds with bonelesswings and I get bone-in. The receipt says bone-in wings but when I get confirmation of boneless on the phone I expect bonelesswings. I am not trying to be mean or rude because the staff and food is good otherwise. I just want to get the food I orderedand I am unable to check the food when I get there due to being on crutches. I've been coming to this spot since they opened, and the food is great; however, their staff is careless, and the food pickup is... awful. I have now had multiple experiences where I have gone to pick up a Postmates order, after being notified that it's ready,and the blonde cashier with glasses (same person each time) tells me it's not done. Today after checking in again after about 17mins, the cashier silently handed me my food from a box (she likely would've never called my name if I didn't go check), andwalked to the back before I could even say anything. I've loved this spot for years, but I can comfortably say I won't be comingback to this location. Read more
