Edit: 9-10-22 I went back to Kansai and I'm pretty disappointed this time. I ordered 5 rolls. 3 of which I've had before but 2... of the rolls looked different from before. They either messed up or they skimped out and put less ingredients on the rolls. Therolls are pretty expensive so it's unacceptable for them to purposely put less. Imagine ordering a double cheeseburger andgetting only one patty. That's what it feels like. Original review: Really good sushi! Long wait though. Phoned in a to goorder at 1102 am when they opened. Said it would be 30 to 40 mins. Parking lot is very, very tiny. Picked up the sushi at 1140am. Presentation is great! Bought five rolls: Kansai, Spicy D, Bob, Ninja and King Kong. All delicious! Definitely come here ifyou like sushi. Didn't try any ramen though. Will definitely be back for more sushi! Read more

It's a Ramen and Sushi house. What I mean by that is those two things are all you should get. I tried their Katsu Don and... Calamari and was disappointed in the Don due and disliked the Calamari. The Don wasn't breaded well imo, and had too much sauceoverpowering everything. The Calamari was simply bland with no seasoning and basic sweet chili sauce. The Ramen and Sushi werequite good as you would expect given their name. Unfortunately I forgot what I got. Sorry about that. Popped in and orderedwithout really caring about what I got. Read more

Don't let the location and size of the restaurant fool you. This small local sushi and ramen place is a jewel. Wonderful staff... and owner that treat you like family. They get busy, especially around dinner time. Dine in or take out you can't go wrong. Sashimi is always fresh, tasteful and beautiful. Variety of ramen that has very rich and flavorful broths. Wide range of sushirolls to choose from , also can request the chefs to build your own roll. Highly suggest to give this spot a try, you will notbe disappointed. Read more

The service was amazing! Very professional and friendly staff. The way they season their proteins is so yummy! Other ramen... places have bland-tasting meats, but not this restaurant. I ordered the seafood ramen and added grilled chicken for only $1.50!!I really enjoyed the shaved (thinly-sliced) squid that comes with the Chef Special sashimi mix. That and the shrimp were myfavorite meats to taste, besides the hamachi sashimi & scallops in the ramen. We loved this visit. The food was amazing. Jimmy, our server was attentive, funny, quick and personable, they way a server... should be only he is a super star. Food came out quickly. Libations are what you should expect from this place. It was my son?sbirthday so Jimmy gave him and his sister a super ice cream macaroon treat. The house ramens are delicious. Shrimp tempura arelarge and scrumptious. You have to try the pork belly appetizer. The beer on tap is cold and glasses are chilled perfectly.Definitely check this place out, a new favorite for us.
