Just came over here. Waited for my drink the girl poured my berry banana for her coworker first and then poured the rest into... the cup she gave me. I got a large and she didn't even fill it all the way up. Asked them to make the orange dream drink thickerbc it was completely watered. They remade it and decided to not give me the full large. The employee did my husband's drink wrong and it is nasty. He got the orange c-booster substitute the banana's for more peaches... and they screwed it up. My drink came out good. I got the acai super antioxidant. That's the reason I only gave 2 stars Read more

I ordered a large pick-up order about 1 day before pick-up. I was supposed to pick up at 9:15 am. I checked in at 9:25 am, only... to find out my order was not ready. This would not have been such a big deal, except I was brining the drinks in for a morningmeeting. On top of that, they took & made every customer's order who walked through the doors while I was waiting for my order,causing a further delay in my order. I finally walked out of there at 10 am with my order. No apology. Many excuses. Won't orderfrom this establishment again. Read more
So I spent 21.00 and the people were such sourpussEs and told me to hold and asked this guy to come up front, no prob. I asked... how long for the drinks to be made. Guy, presuming he is A manager shrugged and said I don't know. Came back after I finishedshopping at raleys. 3 people saw me and not one stepped up and asked. So many employees on top of each other, yet none walkedforward. Finally this lady asks and hands me this that had 1/3 of the drinks missing. What the heck? The customer service isabominable and then they didn't fill my drink to the top. This place is a complete mess. I will never shop here again. Read more
A little disappointed this morning. Went in for some oatmeal, and they had none ready, and my little bowl wasn't filled to the... top as it usually is. They seemed like they weren't ready to open at 6:30. I felt like they were rushing me out. I'll givethem another chance at this early hour. If not happy, I'll find another location. Read more
