This jack im the box always messes up my order And also my hard tacos were uncooked!I don?t recommend this place
I went to Jack in the box lastnight around 11p ,I ordered $5 worth of food,I handed the lady at the window $10,she asks me for... like 40cent. I almost drove off without my change. I asked her for it & she lies & tells me I have her $5 & refuses to give memy change . I counted my money before giving it to her,it was a $10 bill,I thought maybe they didn?t have enough change to breakit that?s why she asked for coins but no she stole my money. Read more
Service was not good, didn't get my order right as well as the fries an burgers cold which is werid if you just made the burger.... Unfortunately do not recommend this place especially at night. Read more
When we ordered we wanted a milk shake but at the time we went they were cleaning the shake machine so that was understanding... but when we ordered the rest or our order we wanted french toast sticks and instead communicating with the drive worker to tellpeople that they ran out of some of they're menu choices so when we got to the window to pay the guy was reading back our orderto us and the guy from the back said we ran out of french toast sticks so instead of replacement he just took it off the orderand told us the new total and my husband needed some assistance to pay with apple pay and the guy didn't want to help so we justdrove away and didn't even get anything Read more

The man who was working the drive thru was very unprofessional.. we told him what we ordered and he kept say uh huh ok and when... we drove up to window he was on his phone and my order was completely wrong! Really bad service from current staff. Customer service sucks really bad. We have waited so far 32 minutes to eat out meal in... the dine area. The soda machine has NO ICE and you have to ask just for ice. The manager let three females in the back areawithout proper attire turns out that they are employees.. This place needs to have it inspected by the health inspector. I willnot return and I recommend to go to another Jack -n- Box to get your meal. Really poor customer service. Read more
