Forgot cake, tacos had no meat and no recept was given. Terrible
Would give a zero if I could. We went through the Drive Thru as usual. Today was not the first time in recent stops here that... the service was less than mediocre. The Ultimate bacon cheeseburger my son order wasn't even warm enough, the cheese was coldand unmelted and there was only 1 half slice of bacon on the burger. There was no ice to speak of in the drink. And the curlyfries we soggy, but were warmer than the burger. My son didn't want to waste time going back. The cashier at the window notonly appeared unhappy to work there, or was tired, but couldn't even make eye contact or even smile. I have been here quite a few times and it's one of the better fast food places I've been. The food is always hot, the staff is... usually friendly, and the drive thru wait is never too long. I've gone at various times, such as lunch, dinner, and later atnight, and my experience has always been positive. Read more
My wife and I drove through the drive thru at 10:34pm and no one took our order so we drove around and i we saw that the... employee was inside the store with his friends, and one of the friends blew a kiss at my wife. The sign on the window in thedrive thru said they were open til 2am. This was super annoying and frustrating because I could see the employee inside having aKiki with their friends. Just moved across the street and this is probably the worst location in Sacramento. I?ve been here a couple times and the first... time the food was old and lettuce was welted. That was about a week ago. Seems like they just gave us the food that sat thereall day. Usually I?m understanding and forgiving so I tried again last night and that probably was the worst decision I couldamade. I woke up this morning with food poisoning been throwing up all day with diarrhea. I?d avoid this location at all cost.The workers there clearly don?t care about service and they clearly need more help in there. I love that they serve breakfast all day, the service is fast, the lines are never too long and the employees are friendly.
