Recently our stove was out of commission for a couple of weeks so we had this "great opportunity" to check out local... restaurants. Fast food gets old pretty quick, so we went to several other places I should probably also review. But the one fastfood place we went back to several times was this jack in the box. Relative to other similar restaurants, this place has apretty extensive menu, as well as possibly the most reasonably priced salad near our home. We've even gone back once since ourkitchen became functional again, for salad and the pretty darn nice chocolate shake. Read more
I used the app to order. It took my money but the restaurant didn't get it in the system. I didn't 46.00 that night. They didn't... pay me back, they haven't answered the phones since COVID started. U literally can walk up to the counter and call. Hear itringing and no one will ever try to answer it. I went back the next day. The manager was no help. I had to email Jack in thecrack and it took them 3 dang months to give me my money back. Just bad all the way around. Zero stars. Read more

Just like all the other JNB. What is advertised isn?t what they sell. The first picture is from their website which actually... shows bacon, the second & third pictures is what you actually get except with 2 maybe 3 pieces of bacon. This company has gone so downhill. This is what the sauce looks like for the mini tacos. Idk if they aren't getting new... shipments and these are the same ones they received with the initial mini taco launch but... Gross. They used to be bright andgreen and GOOD looking. Now it looks like this. Not the first time I've gotten sauce like this from jack-in-the-box lately. Theyactually haven't even been putting these in the bags with them and you have to ask for them. Everytime I come Here, no matter what time of day; it's always busy. Which is okay. I Love Jack in The Box, especially this One... being that they are one of the few that accept EBT as a form of payment. The food and service is always great. I rarely have anyproblems with their service and the employees are so friendly. Read more
