They stole my money. Made an app order. Upon arrival I gave my full name to the Untrained employee he said it has not come... through yet. So after about 5 minuets I gave my full name again. And I was told by the same fella that no app order has come inyet under that name. So 5 more minutes I enquired again getting the same answer still no order in that name. So I recorded myfood again. So mature lady came out after hearing the commotion and asked me my name I Told her the same name that I've beengiving to the other guy. And she looked at the screen and ask what other name would be with my full name. I answered. She saidyes there is an order for you. So refused the first Order and excited the latter. This place was the worst i went in at 2.30 pm today the workers were so rude i was standing there waiting for someone to take my... order A skinny mexican girl walks up and looks at me turns around and walks to the back The cook was frying french fries hehad gloves on which is ok but then he grabs the broom and starts sweeping with his gloves on then goes back to the frier andstarts cooking again with same gloves he was sweeping floors with i will never go back I dont reccomend to anyone goessomewhere else folks!!!!!! My son and I who is eight were the only two people in the stores and the restaurant was not busy If we could give this store a... 0 we absolutely would. My burger did not have all the ingredients on it and neither did the tacos and when I asked for it to beremade the two girls that were working on the front said if she could?ve just taken it and been happy. I Had no problem takingit and being happy with it which is why I asked for the sauce on the side but the manager offered to remake it. Also they werecussing at the front counter and talking about personal business in front of my son I told them that I had my eight year old sonwith me which didn?t seem to bother them. That?s besides the point I?ll let the pictures speak themselves. A Sidenote to themanager and Jack at the Jack-in-the-Box corporation I have a video of the girls full on cussing carrying away and on the counterunfortunately I cannot add that to Google. I?m not trying to be a ?Karen? and I?m not one to complain I could?ve just eatenthere ignored their rude comment and the dirty dining room and bathrooms And just never gone there again but the fact that Ihave to get this upset because their lack of respect for not only me and my son for obviously any customer due to their rudeservice and The fact that they were totally OK with allowing customers pay to sit and dine and use the restroom in those dirtyconditions what is the cherry on top. I'm the best part of it was the restaurant was super super clean and there wasn't any messes episode cables that were dirty and... had one person that would run around and completely clean up pick up sweeping around the fountain area normally they have cupseverywhere and lids and it's just a real big mess typically but not this place they were on top of it I also like the way theyhad their burgers they seem to be very very fresh and the meat was like I don't know fresh if that makes sense or new I guess Ishould say it was pretty new and flavoring is top notch thank you Read more
Staff did not greet me when I entered. They told me the dining room was closed. Explain to them I had a trailer and couldn't use... the drive-thru. They told me I needed to go to the window. Ridiculous they could have served me right there. Read more
