Its usually good. U run into time where u wait in line super long or they are closed for some reason. Today we asked for 8 tacos... and only got 4. They charged us for 4 so theres that.. but food is usually cooked good. Read more
You get what you pay for. Really long line and wait time. Understaffed and overworked employees, but they have the best egg... rolls I've found on the west coast. Go figure. Everything else is, well...fast food - but this spot is clean and open 24 hours. Read more
It appears that my bank card was compromised by someone on your staff on October 15, 2022. Visited the store at 12:30-1:00 in... the afternoon. Sign in the drive through said ?No Apple Pay?, but they took cards. It took an extremely long time for them toprocess my card and I suspect an employee was writing down card numbers. I know it had to have been your store, as I used acard that I never use and was specifically using for the weekend. The only two other places I used it were a gas station (tapto pay) and online ordering for dinner. Check your employees/card processing system. Read more
We waited behind 2 cars for 15 minutes. It took 15 mintues to order the food sitting at the order area. We sat for an... additional 20 minutes at the window with not a single person who even open the window to take payment for food. We left by theagreement of all of us being done and over it! I understand being busy, they were not. I get it takes a mintue to cook thefood but not a single person came to the window to even get our payment so we don't leave. Read more

The personnel working behind the counter were pleasant but a little out of sync. I'm glad we went in to order. Getting our meals... was quite slow but correct. The food was good, I hadn't eaten at a Jack in the box for over 15 years. Read more
Went to this store just to get simple order. Small comba #2 with a coke easy on ice. Add bacon on the burger and add 2 tacos on... the side. The person who is taking my order i have to reapet my order many time because he cant get it right. Finally get myorder went to work and when i open my burger it totally wrong. And i have call the store no answer. I have work at jack for 10years. Very easy job but people cant do it right. I will never go back again to this store. I went through the drive-thru! Sandwich didn't taste fresh, but it was late, early am. Am I to expect better? Yes, because I am... paying for it. But no, because it's late night fast food. I hate not being satisfied, though, and as expensive as things areright now, it should be worth it. Read more
