This was my first time ordering from Insomnia Cookies, and unfortunately it wasn't that great. I ordered on their website to... have it delivered. For my address, it gave an eta of 30-45 min. After an hour, I called the store just to check on the statusand the lady who answered said it would be another 5 minutes before the driver would be leaving the store. Okay cool. So about15-20 minutes...nope... it was another hour. And luckily I was watching for the person to get here or else those cookies wouldhave sat outside all night. Also, our order was supposed to come with a pint of ice cream. I don't know if this was on purposeor what, but I did not get a pint of ice cream. It was literally the amount of 1 measuring cup. I know this because I measuredit. The cookies were good, but not worth all that and the price. I probably will not order from this place again and Idefinitely don't recommend ordering online from any platform including having them deliver it directly. That was horrible. Read more

Good but not my favorite specialty cookie shop. Reminded me of homemade cookies, which is not bad since I love fresh homemade... cookies, but I want something a little different for the price I'm paying. I will say they were the perfect amount of softthat's tough to get with homemade! Their menu is also very limited in the combos they offer. It would make more sense that themore cookies you buy, the lower the price, as other specialty cookie places are. But you only get the deal if you get one of theoffers that limits you on the types you can get. Read more

Waited in line for 13 mins. Wasn't long, masks were required. Only one family at a time inside. They had yummy not so sweet... cookies we got 2 cookies chocolate chips for m&Ms with cookies and cream ice cream and butter pecan ice cream. Very yummy. Theworker were nice and friendly. Read more
If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. I preordered 50+ cookies for my baby shower 2 weeks in advanced, had received a... call the day of my pickup to confirm the time, I decided to call back again to reconfirm the orders for the time, and uponarrival I was told they didn?t have my order. I drove an hour+ at midnight, just to be notified that there was no communicationbetween staff, so my order was not made, nor did they have some of the flavors I ordered in stock. Had to settle for whateverwas left at the end of the night. Highly disappointed, especially since they had a 2 weeks notice to be well aware of the order.Definitely do NOT recommend this location.
