Ordered a Hawaiian mixed plate with chicken,beef & pork spare rib. Chicken was small & super dry. The beef, gross.The 1 little... spare rib I was at least able 2 actually chew & swallow. This place used to be pretty good. 1 car in drive thru before me tookabout 20 min. to get to the window. Not exaggerating. I would have been on with the wait if the food was at least good. Ordered through drive-thru and waited in the drive thru line, behind 2 cars, for about 25 minutes before getting to window to... pay. Once we get to the window they say we can?t have lemon pepper chicken because it takes too long. When I asked if I can waitin the parking lot they went to get the manager and was told we just can?t get it. I understand they had other customers theywere making food for but if they know it takes a long time why didn?t they put it down once I ordered at the speaker. I a big fan of Ono chain. First time experience is a drive thru which is nice. Line is a little longer since food is fresh but... not a big deal. BBQ chicken and katsu is awesome. Spam masubi and always great. Good customer service. Read more

This place is the worst!! Horrible service, food was cold when getting home & mind you I don't live far enough(2-5mins) for it... to cool off that fast. Ordered online about 10mins before showing up and they gave us someone else's order once & almost asecond time, like seriously it can't be that difficult. They're rude on top of this even though we said not a work smiled & letit roll off the shoulder. When we realized the food was cold and/or overcooked tried to take it back & see if they could fix itbut instead shut the door on us 30mins before closing. If I could give negative stars I would, L&L or other Hawaiian BBQ placesare much much better. Don't waste your money here! Read more
