Reviews for Florez Bar & Grill in Sacramento, CA
Food was good. Service pretty bad. I waited about 30 minutes just to get some waters and my order taken. After ordering id say... food arrived fairly quick, then no one really came to see if my party and I needed anything. On occasion I had to go ask forwhat I needed even though there was people working there just standing around. Like I said food was good just needs a littlebetter service Read more

On our way back to LA from the Davis area, we were looking for a hearty and relaxing meal to sustain our 5 hour drive back... home... we couldn't wait to get out of the chaos that the downtown Davis area can be...not to mention the limited selection ofoverpriced and mediocre dining... we hit the road and immediately into the transition from the 58 to the 5 South, I began mysearch and found Florez Bar & Grill just a short distance from the fwy...located within a pretty safe residential area... itsits within a corner of an outdated strip mall next to an Asian supermarket. We were there in the early afternoon so I reallycan't comment on how the area may feel at night but while we were there it always felt very safe. The restaurant has seatingindoors and out. There is Bar seating but it is limited. I ordered veggie enchiladas and they were surprisingly wonderful. Ialso ordered a lime mojito. Often times, Mexican restaurants over salt their sauces and food...this place didn't. The food waspresented well, salt content was appropriate and the food was flavorful. Highly recommend:) Read more

I passed by this classic restaurant hundreds of times, and everytime I passed by, I always thought to myself to try it. I... finally came here with my fiancé. Their food portions were huge. The mango shrimp ceviche was sweet and delicious, and myfajitas combo had tons of shrimp. I'm so glad I tried this place. Also, Luckily, and without knowing, they had a mariachi bandthere, every Friday. They came by our table, and I requested Cancion de Mariachi... But of course, I forgot to record it. Lol.
