Did not get the sandwich I ordered and repeated the request 3 times to staff. Got home to find wrong sandwich had to drive back... for correct order. Check and look to make sure you get what you requested. Not a good experience. Read more

Sandwich was delicious. I'm used to looking at the vegetable bar and choosing what gets added, they don't have that here which... was fine with me given the final product was tasteful. Read more

I love Firehouse subs. The New York Steamer is the best sub I've ever had. The problem I have is that I usually go to one in... Roseville and my sandwich is always perfect but when I'm at home I tend to order from the Natomas location for delivery becauseI have too many kids and it's hard to get down there. Everytime I order for delivery, there always seems to be an issue. TonightI ordered my usual sandwich and literally had one slice of each meat on the sandwich. I ate a medium sandwich and it was mostlybread. I'm getting frustrated because this location does the typical thing and sends you garbage because they think you won'tsay anything because you are not there in person. I spent a ridiculous amount of money and was left hungry. Everybody should getthe same quality whether you eat there in person or not. Read more

I ordered a beef and cheddar brisket LG. Was like a super sized beef and cheddar from Arbys.

Great sandwiches but if your in a rush, order ahead or on the app because it takes a long time for them to make your sandwich.... Especially if it?s a busy time. I ordered on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 and took about 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and there wasonly one customer ahead of me. Read more

I mean it was fine. But I didn?t go to Firehouse Subs for many years. Like 2009 or 2010. And it just wasn?t quite what I... remembered. Yeah the Engineer sub was pretty good, but it wasn?t really all that flavorful - like kinda bland ingredients Icould get at a supermarket. I got a meal and it was nearly $16. When I opened the bag of chips it was like a quarter full. Sure the ?medium? drink was enormous, like a jumbo jet full of soda. And the drink options go for days. So that was cool. ButI also know that restaurants pay nearly nothing for those cups and the soda. And all the old hot sauces I used to love justweren?t available. I just felt like the whole thing was an explosion of inflation. Reduced quality (flavor), reducedproportions (chips), increased cost, and reduced options (hot sauce). Except the drinks, but that?s cause it?s already a pricemarkup. I don?t mean to complain. It just felt like the decline of America hit me really hard to eat at Firehouse for thefirst time after ten years. Made me sad. I see that some big corporate group acquired Firehouse in November 2021 for $1billion. Corporate raiders killed the brand. Very sad Read more

I just placed an order through Uber Eats, it didn?t have the option on the app to change cheeses. I chose no cheese, then extra... cheese because I wanted extra Monterey Jack. I called the store as soon my order was placed to ask them about the cheese changeand some extra pickles, no big deal all was confirmed they would take care of it. Made sure they knew it was extra cheese, as itwas paid for just not specified. No extra pickles and no extra cheese. I love firehouse and I?ll be back but Unfortunately Idon?t trust online ordering anymore. This would?ve been a simple fix with a pen. I?ve worked in a Florida location before andcan attest first hand that this would?ve been simple to make sure it was correct. Read more
