This location was clean, customer service was also good and food was just how it was supposed to be. I got the Pollo Bowl and it... had the right chopped chicken breast meat. I've visited other locations and they've given me deboned chicken from the previousnight or thigh and leg meat. Read more
Update: 08/15/22 Darren so pleasantly helpful at the drive-thru. They?re now open until 10 pm! Same fresh ingredients. Same... wonderful service. Keto choices! Clean inside. Fresh and delicious. I modified the double chicken protein bowl to make it avegan keto bowl. I just asked for the chicken on the side. The lime cauliflower rice is soooo good! It says it?s for a limitedtime but I hope they keep it on their menu. They also have a low carb tortilla option for (sorta keto friendly) options. Theirchicken was definitely five star worthy and made me proud to have suggested trying this place. Service was good. Read more

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I went here with a friend for the first time, some did not... really know what to order. I ordered the four combo piece for 8$ which I thought would feed both of us, or at least like alittle snack. This was a rip off the chicken was really bony and dry, and one of the four peices of chicken was literally 2inches big and was burnt all the way through. I went to the counter and asked if I could get a different piece of chicken, butthe lady at the counter said that is what all of their chicken wings were like. I was flabbergasted and I now know that i willnever be going to an el pollo loco again, especially this one. Also the entire restaurant was filled with smoke when we walkedin because the person cooking the chicken had smoked the place out to much, even the other workers were making fun of him. Food was ordered online. It was 25 minutes late. They had my food sitting in the food prep area waiting to be boxed and... delivered to me at the counter for a long time. They forgot part of my order, and I was standing around about 5 other customerswho were experiencing the same thing. Very bad experience Read more
