Used to give this place five stars. It seems that me and my girl get the same drink now. Last few times that we would go it's... like they mix the coffee together split it in two cups come up short and then top it off with even more milk.. for a place thatwe would normally go everyday...not likely anymore. Great customer service. Always friendly. Repeat the order. Ask if we need drink trays for large orders. Repeat the order again... at the window. My favorite is the kicker. Comes with 3 shots of Expresso and is just the right amount of cream and sweetness toit. Unlike Starbucks and Peet?s they do not mess up my drink even when I change it to a large. I?m experience this more was less than desirable. The person taking the order was unintelligible, we got the wrong order and... didn?t notice until the minute we left and there was no way we were going to wait in the line ago after waiting for 15 minutesjust to order. Idk if they were understaffed or if there was some reason that it would take a customer 30 minutes in total toget coffee. I was late to work and there was nothing we could do because we were stuck in their drive thru. On a lighter notethe coffee was great it was just the customer service that was something to be desired. Read more
