Last couple of times arrived 0427 & took 15 minutes for 3 cars. Night shift staff also messed up order. Still tipped & didn't... say anything. Dutch Bros is such a treat and I always go out of my way to try their drinks when I visit family in Cali. Would highly... recommend the islander mocha. I personally prefer it sugar free as it is the perfect level of sweetness for me and elevates thetaste of the coffee itself. The strawberry lemonade with green tea is also a go-to refreshing drink during a scorching hotsummer day. Staff here are mostly young folks so make sure to give them the respect that they deserve! Iced Carmelizer is my go to late at night. They need both lanes open at night though.... 20 and 30 minute waits is... ridiculous.... I bypass often due to excessive long lines. This can be managed much better. You'll make up the business if yourun that 2nd lane at night... I'll drop in more often. Read more
Extremely happy. They take no more than a minute or 2 for my order (blended large aftershock rebel) and typically don't have a... line before 5:50 am. They have always been nice and very quick. Have come back here a lot of times and will continue to in thefuture. Read more

Went in waited in long line. When I was given my order I noticed it was wrong. No big deal people make mistakes. But I told the... guy at the window & He literally said "yeah I can just scrap off the whip cream" Really? How about sorry I will make you newones. I laughed drove away & tossed the drinks in the trash. Just bad service & I am a regular at all the Dutch Brothers. Howabout replacing these drinks or giving my cash back.
