Ordered pizza and sides . Was told it was going to be delivered. Received a call later stating that all the drivers had left so... they cancelled the order . When I Try to call they don?t pick up the phone . Such unprofessional people I should have read thereviews before trying to deal with this dominos location. Man, these people were literally the worst. We ordered from them online, and received a phone call from them stating that they... couldn?t deliver because their drivers all called out for the night. We said ?no big deal, we?ll come pick it up!? We were told25 minutes. Fast forward, and we?re standing in the store, being ignored, no eye contact, two of the three employees left to goon a smoke break when my husband asked for our order. The last employee told him that they had just decided not to make thepizzas, and then canceled our order right in front of us. Nice. I wish I had read the reviews first. Would have saved me sometime. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING TO EAT HERE!!! They have 2 ??'s for a reason!!! I had ordered two pizzas and dessert for the BIG game, NBA... finals, online. I was sent an email and text saying my pizza would be done in 8-12 minutes. As the game started and I checkedthe clock 30 minutes had passed and I had to call them. I had then been told my order had been sitting for 15 minutes and I hadnot been contacted at all. They then responded to my inquiries about what happened with "it's not on us" to have to call thecustomer. This made no sense to me because they're part of a franchise and should be responsible for calling or at bear minimumtexting me letting me know my order was ready. I will be looking for another pizza place to order from from now on because thepizzas were luke warm and the service was a horrible experience. They really need to do better and I would advice everyone tonot order from here unless it is clear someone is going to alert you to your order being ready... Read more

If there was a negative star rating this place would get it. After placing our order for delivery at 9:20pm the pizza was... being "double checked" at 9:45pm, the driver didn't leave with our pizza until 10:33pm. The drive from the store to thedelivery address is 2.5 miles and according to Google maps only takes 6-7 minutes. Our pizzas arrived at 11:17pm and were lukewarm at best. When we called the store all we got were excuses about being understaffed, a very unapologetic "sorry" from Mariaand a story about how the food wasn't even cooked at 10:33pm. Maria refused to put us on the phone with her supervisor andonly gave us the number to the corporate office (which we will be calling). Our interaction with both the woman on the phoneMaria and the driver Fahim were very short and rude. The dominoes app and the store had different information about the statusof our order. This is the worst customer service we have ever had and to top it off sub par cold pizza ensures that we willnever order from this store and we will be uninstalling the dominos app. Read more
Ordered food for work. Delivered 1/7 pizzas and 45 minutes late. Manager refused to take responsibility and was rude.
