*UPDATE* I am beyond impressed with the follow-up and superb customer service I received from Rus (the boss). He listened to my... take on events with a patient and kind ear. He addressed all concerns and had a plan to improve for every one of them. Almostfelt like I was taking to an old friend. He even offered a thank you for my review and my time to give them another chance tomake me proud to spend my money there. I am also impressed at the team work and communication and care all of his employeeshave that shows high respect for him and his business. I will continue to support and definitely bring more supporters to hisstore. Highly recommended. Highly appreciated. Absolutely "delish"! _______ I was 2 minutes early for an online order thatai placed for pick up. They said it would be 5 more minutes. I see it get packaged up 5 minutes later. No one bothered to letme know, I watched how busy they were so I gave them a chance to finish what they were doing. 15 minutes later I have to askone of the employees for my order and she said no one got to tell me it was ready, was the reason why it sat there. Even thothere was about 3 times it slowed and they were bagging utensils for future orders. I asked her if it was still hot since itwas sitting forgotten and she hesitated, but said yes. I opened it once I got to the car and it was not even warm anymore. Getting soggy. I always tip really well and usually am happy, but this experience was terrible. I'm highly disappointed. Called to order on a Saturday night. Was told it would take 20 mins. I ordered an XL pizza half meat lovers and other half Maui... but with a white sauce. Personally meat lover was too salty probably from the sausage pieces. I prefer Maui, Would definitelyorder again. And yes, pineapple does belong on pizza. ???? ???? They asked if I wanted sauce or pepper flakes and I asked for 3ranch sauces at no additional cost. They also have cold 2 liter soda at I believe $1.50 but I didn't buy it (should have). The place looked clean and bright as I parked in front. I was immediately greeted by genuinely warm employees. The gal helping... me made great eye contact and had such presence to service. I left feeling so good. When I got home and ate the pizza, my joydidn?t stop. It was beautiful to look at with really fresh, vibrant ingredients that were perfectly balanced and generous. Wow. I don't know why I ever order delivery pizza anywhere else. Great pizzas...check. Great Buffalo Fries...check. I had... already taken a few bites before I realized I should be taking some pictures. And finally...all of the other things that reallymade this experience pleasurable. Quick delivery(by a Delish driver), plates, red pepper flakes, napkins, plates and a bunch ofranch for the fries. Would recommend...5 out 5 stars. Read more
It?s Labor Day and my wife and I decided to celebrate our hard year of working during a global pandemic at Delish Pizza on 16th... street. Yes, we drove all the way from our house (25 minute drive) to this location. It?s one of the best Italian pies you?llever eat. They say that their sauce and dough are made in the facility and is never frozen. And that is proven by the qualitytaste as we munched into the Buffalo Chicken and Gourmet Artichoke. My wife used to be a vegan (quit because fish is just toogood) but Russ offered us plant-based pepperoni and sausage on vegan sauce. In short, top-notch customer service and deliciouspizza!! Visiting from out of town and so so happy that I got pizza from here. Definitely not disappointed, most delicious pizza EVER! I... don?t remember the name of the man working the register but he was young (maybe in high school) with blonde hair (I came in onNov. 26 around 7pm). He seemed to be a little nervous but he is doing an amazing job.
