This is my favorite Mexican place for vegetarian options. They have a whole separate menu, it's not just a burrito without the... meat! The bean flautas are so good. They also have a salsa bar with multiple options and are nice about giving lots of salsacups. In fact, the staff is always super nice and friendly. The seating area is pretty small for dine in but the few outdoortables are nice. The prices are super reasonable too. Overall, one of my favorite weekend (sometimes late night...) takeoutspots! Quick service and food was great! The Pico salsa was too salty for my liking. Prices are reasonable for downtown.
My new favorite spot for tacos de cabeza! Ordered 1 lengua super burrito and 4 tacos. The food came out quick and while waiting,... they had all the Old Skoo Jams playing. 70's-80's R&B/Funk ???? Love this place! A hidden gem I'll definitely be spending halfmy check with, lol. Read more

My SO and I go here almost every weekend. Delicious tasting, amazing portions,well-priced mexican food in downtown Sacramento, what more could you ask for? The restaurant is a little while in the wall that can be fairly easy to miss. If you are a local, you have probably been here at... one point in time. Great tacos and super quesadillas. Great for lunch, dinner, or late night munchie food. Open late for thoselooking for an evening food option. There might not be seating when you get there.
