This is the best chipotle in all of the surrounding sacramento area. Paloma is the best manager I have ever talked to in my... life. I feel like when she speaks the waters part ways and the mountains melt. She is always smiling and always laughing alongwith the rest of the crew at this location. Sounds too good to be true but go check it out for yourself and see! She goes aboveand beyond the call of duty and treats us customers (along with staff) as if we came from a royal bloodline! The food is alwayshot and always fresh, the lobby is spotless as I have seen people cleaning the bottoms of the tables on their hands and knees tokeep the restaurant looking spectacular like it always does. The restrooms were also amazingly clean. I eat at this location 3times a week or more and it's the only Chipotle that I frequent often, because of the quality and taste of the food is perfectand consistent every single time, in fact I can bank on this as it never deviates from day to day! This location consistently has smaller portion sizes than other locations. This is about my 5th visit to this location, and the... burrito was again smaller than other locations. What made this experience notable enough to write a review was that I receivedalmost no steak (I counted about 6-7 cubes in the entire burrito). Additionally, my chips were over cooked, and it was mostlybroken crumbs (fewer than 10 unbroken chips in the bag). I intend on avoiding this location as much as possible, and it willimpact the amount I go to Chipotle overall since this one is my nearest store. Staff was friendly and timely. I?ve eaten chipotle for years and years and it has always been good, today my experience at this chipotle the food was not good.... The Barbacoa was dry like beef jerky. The rice was hard in the center. And the beans were semi-crunchy. Sidenote chipotle needsto put more lime and salt on the chips because they?re just like a plain generic chip. Asian girl who serves food and red head caucasian girl at the register have no concept of good customer service. They are... blindly rude to everyone.
