Just walked in to order a burrito bowl and a burrito, needed to use the restroom before I place my order for obvious reasons,... worker behind the counter says I need to get the access code off the receipt to enter the rest room to use it, I stated I wouldlike to use the restroom first then place my order for obvious reasons and asked if there is a common code to gain entry to usethe restroom, will place my order after I am done using the restroom ?still was denied! I held it further and left! These placesneed to change their policy, if someone needs to use the restroom before they place the order that should be allowed! Total BS! Read more
I'd give negative stars if I could. Ordered a steak and bean burrito for pickup. Got a chicken, rice and lettuce burrito, which... I threw in the garbage. So not only is it in the most inconvenient location possible (no parking, have to walk about a mile toget in and out if you want to do pick-up), they can't select the correct ingredients from a short list of ingredients they evenhave available. Also the chips were hard & stale. I don't leave reviews very often, unless extremely compelled to do so (eithervery good or very bad). This was one of the top 10 worst food service experiences of my life. I already stopped going toChipotle for the most part. This one sealed the deal. NEVER AGAIN! Went through the line to make my purchase. Paid for the meal and sat down. Opened it up and it was not my meal. I took it to... the staff and they said that I had to wait in line to re-do my order. It was right before the NKOTB concert, which was about tostart 20 minutes later. I expressed to the staff that I really didn't feel I should be waiting in the long again because oftheir mistake. They said that there was nothing they could do about it and that I had to go through the line again. Ireluctantly went through the line. The staff apologized when I finally got up to the register again. My friend was alreadydone eating by the time I say down and it was almost time for the concert to begin. I had to rush my food, only ate half andthrew the rest away. I will probably not go back because of the customer service at this Chipotle. They should have acceptedthat it was a mistake of theirs and taken care of the situation by fixing the order when I took it up to them instead of havingme go through that line all over again. I came here before the Kings game. I walked in around 5:40 pm and the entire dining room was trashed! I can only imagine what... it looks like on game days when it's closer to tip-off. I have been coming to this Chipotle recently and there is one woman who works behind the counter that blatantly ignores me EVERY... time I ask her something. She acts like me being there to order food is an inconvenience to her. I don't know if she isalways like this, but the last few times I came here to order food, I was waiting for her to respond, she was 2 feet in front ofme, and she refused to acknowledge that I was there. I don't know why she is even working if she can't respond tocustomers'questions. Go home and ignore people there, if you really don't want to talk to people. There is another woman whoworks with her that usually rings us up and she is pleasant. If it wasn't for her, I don't think I would have gotten anythingany of the several times I've come to this location. All of the other employees just ignore guests. This is weird.
