Horrible customer service. I don?t understand why employees have an attitude towards the customer for no reason. Went at 8pm on... 11/14/22 and the girl with blue hair serving the food was pretty rude. She completely disregarded our requests and ill-mannerlyprepared our food. If her goal was to upset a buying customer, congratulations to her because she succeeded. I will not becoming back. I wasn't able to enjoy meal after this. While the food tasted fine, the place was dirty. The tables weren't wiped down, the line wasn't wiped down. I worked at... Chipotle during all of the hoop-la re noro virus... That they're not keeping the place clean is pretty jacked! Photos belowshow there wasn't even any soap in the soap dispenser... Which sits right below the sign, attached to the wall, tellingemployees they need to wash before returning to work ????... And there isn't even a container for seat covers, which isviolating a health ordinance... I'll never go here again... Read more

Horrible service ! The girl making my daughter a quesadilla did not know what she was doing then they wanted to charge me for... their mistake. It was simple kids meal but yet they couldn?t get it right . Then someone comes from the back and says they aretraining. Why have someone training alone and lost. They beater to open my daughter?s meal after they had already closed it .Another worker was going to open it and change what was inside . I usually order on the app and pick up when I arrive. Much easier seeing the toppings/ingredients listed and check them out... prior to placing the order. Read more
With all the bad reviews about people's orders being messed up or different on online orders and the store being closed to... walk-ins there was no reason for me to order food. Chipotle will never do online orders justice so my 6 mile ride is worthless. Read more
