I order the Whole30 Salad to be delivered about once per week. Chipotle has muffed it the last 3 times: First, no guacamole;... second, completely wrong order-chicken bowl, third, no fajita veggies. Absolute worst delivery service ever. During my coupleof years ordering, I estimate they get it wrong about 30% of the time. Will not order from this store again. Period. Read more
I was ordering a bow for take out. The lady in front of me ordered 3 bowls all with white rice. No problem, after her order the... rice container was alt the bottom of the pan so they started scraping the pan and I told them I?ll wait for the new batch. Therice came up and the server pushed the new rice to the side and put the old hard rice in the pan. She proceeded to fill my bowlwith the old rice, I said may I please have the fresh rice from the other side. She rolled her eyes and said it?s the same. I just looked at her. If i wanted the old hard rice, I would not have stood there and waited for the fresh rice. Never goingback to the Truxel Chipotle again. Read more
Poorly ran store. Beans ALWAYS look thick and have a 1 inch crust around the edge from sitting in the pan to long. All the... liquid gone. Looks like it would make you sick. I went in at 11:15 am and it looked like last night's pan of beans werereheated. So disgusting looking. Always out of something. Fed up. I love Chipotle. This one needs new management. Today ordered tacos, a piece of hair in it, a paleo bowl, half empty.... Literally half a bowl of food. And the Steak burrito, all rice, barely and meat and missing salsa and sour cream. Wth Chipotle.I spend $40 and don't even get full. Whack. Read more
It was clean and nice but server gave me so little meat and my pinto beans weren't cooked all the way! Still hard! Very... disappointed being it was my first visit to. Chipotle since leaving Miami where I once worked in a Chipotle there off ofBiscayne Blvd. Not to mention there was a slice of green bell pepper in my gauc.not cool dudes.need to step it up. Read more
I AM LIVID... I ordered a steak quesadilla with sourcream I received 2 tortillas and NOTHING ELSE. I also ordered large queso... and chips kids meal with chips and apple juice A steak bowl I RECEIVED none of it. They even told the door dasher they had nochips or guacamole. I spent 35 dollars and received two tortillas in a box. I called the store they hung up on me. I will neverever go to this location ever again. All employees in there are looking like don't want to be there ,their SLOW, nothing is CLEAN. They don't have any veggies or... couldn't make quesadillas because it seems like their machine is always BROKE. The salsas looked like it sat there for weeks,they were all chunky and dried up.
