They were understaffed. Long wait to get seated. Even longer wait to get our order taken. Overall good was good, but there... were inconsistencies with the cooking of our orders. Our server, Erika was very new, but did alright, considering thecircumstances. The manager, who was covering from another restaurant, was friendly and accommodating. Visited while out of town. I was a bit apprehensive; because of the labor shortage, back home the waits at our Chili's have been... so long that I stopped going. Here, I walked in and was immediately greeted and seated. The waitress was very attentive, and thefood came pretty quickly. I just visited this restaurant on yesterday around 8:20pm on 7/15 and patiently waited 10-15minutes and nobody came to my table... to greet and assist me at all. I watched other guests come in after, get seated and was helped immediately. This by far isunacceptable, the waitress that was helping the table on my side came through several times to check on them, but not one timedid anyone even acknowledge that i was there.
